If Santa Claus were a recovering alcoholic, he would be named Chicago John. They seem to have a lot in common; always optimistic and driven to do the next right thing. We can tell you for certain his journey is like no other, but it eventually turned into “It’s a Beautiful Life.”

As the founder of Flying Sober I feel proud and exhilarated to share my story. Like everyone else the struggles I exprienced in addiction, and life in general, have propelled me forward in ways I could have never imagined.

He is someone who battled addiction throughout his life. He struggled, he fought, and ironically through surrendering he actually won the war.

We are proud to present “Stephanie.” She is dear and near to many with her vivacious nature and big heart.

Johana is one of those people that came into this program with guns blazing. There were no excuses and no turning back because she wasn’t going to let this addiction take her down the second time around.

Jacque embodies what it means to be Happy, Joyous & Free. She lives to see people smile and really make a difference in their lives. And this is why Flying Sober is so honored to showcase her story this month.
